The idea for our business came from real-life experiences. As a volunteer firefighter, I often responded to storm and fire calls where homes were left damaged—and the people affected didn’t know where to turn next. Homeowners would call the fire department for help with things like fallen trees, storm debris, or securing fire-damaged homes simply because they had no one else to call. It became clear there was a gap in our community—people needed dependable, local help during some of their most stressful moments.
I also witnessed how quickly vacant or abandoned properties could fall into disrepair or attract vandalism and theft. These properties weren’t just an eyesore—they posed safety concerns for the entire neighborhood.
With years of hands-on experience in property maintenance—clearing out homes, making repairs, changing locks, and restoring rentals after move-outs—I realized I already had the tools, knowledge, and drive to fill that gap and make a difference.
